Baby Wellness

01.What are the benefits of baby massage and baby yoga?

Baby massage helps with bonding, relaxation, and can ease colic or digestive discomfort. Baby yoga supports motor development, flexibility, and provides fun interactive play with parents.

02.Do I need to bring anything for my baby’s class?

Just a blanket, nappies, and anything your baby needs for comfort. We provide oils and props if required.

Pregnancy & Postnatal

01.When can I start pregnancy fitness classes?

If you’ve had clearance from your midwife or GP, you can join from your second trimester onward. Our sessions are gentle, safe, and adapted to your stage of pregnancy.

02.Can I bring my baby to postnatal classes?

Yes! Babies are welcome in baby massage, baby yoga, and many postnatal classes. We create a relaxed environment where parents can bond with their little ones.

03.Do I need any experience to join your classes or programs?

With your GP’s approval, you can typically begin gentle postnatal sessions from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 12 weeks after a caesarean.

Menopause Wellness

01.What kind of support do you offer for menopause?

We provide menopause coaching, massage, and holistic therapies to help with sleep, mood changes, hot flushes, and overall wellbeing. Our goal is to empower women to feel balanced and supported.

02.Is menopause coaching suitable if I’m perimenopausal?

Absolutely. Our services are designed for every stage from early peri menopause through post menopause.
